On Friday I enjoyed dinner at MK for chef’s week. It was amazing!! I enjoyed the wine pairing along with the 3 course meal which was paired perfectly for each dish! First I enjoyed red and golden beets with grapefruit, hazelnuts and a vinaigrette that was wonderful! For my entree I had the skate wig which was the most flavorful fish I have ever had!! And finally for dessert a decadent brownie with carmel sauce, very tasty!! It was all wonderful and presented really well!
