I am so psyced I got my a la card pack for Christmas and can’t wait to use it. It is the greatest gift. For $30 you get a $10 gift certificate to 52 different Chicago based chef owned and operated restaurants. Every restaurant looks amazing so I will have to keep you posted on my journey.
Green Beans and Shallots
My new favoite side dish that I have been loving lately is green beans with carmelized shallots. So yummy. I just cut the shallots finely and separate them and cook them in a little butter until they are slightly carmelized.
